Salad of Exotic Fruit

Fruits help us to hydrate and detox, eating them is synonymous with health and wellness. Take advantage of the benefits we offer and enjoy them in this original recipe.

We need:

* 1 papaya girl.
* 1 mango.
* 1 carambola.
* 1 kiwi.
1 tablespoon grenadine.
* 3 tablespoons orange juice.
* Plain yogurt.

Cut the papaya in half, remove seeds and cut the flesh into chunks.

Cut the mango in two on both sides of the center, lengthwise. We make incisions in a grid and pushed from the skin outward to remove the pulp.

With a sharp knife cut carambola and kiwi slices.

We put all the fruit in a bowl and mix.

Grenadine mixed with orange juice and pour over fruit. Let rest at least 30 minutes.

Divide fruit into 4 squares of foil thickness and the edges join to form a little bundle that contains the fruit.

We placed the little bundle on the hot grill and roast for 15 minutes. Served in the same little bundle with natural yogurt.
