Passion Fruit Cheesecake

Ingredients

* 2 cups water

* Passion fruit pulp (seeds)
* 1 cup passion fruit concentrate
1 tablespoon powdered colapíz
Preparation
For the base, grind the cookies with a processor and poured all the contents into a container. Then add the softened butter and mix with a fork or if you prefer by hand until it forms a compact mass.
