Mediterranean Salad

There are two times of day where fatigue and sleepiness in me invariably harbor: after lunch and just before the departure time from work. My dream is such that I do not stay asleep literally my imagination to places I’d like to know, as the mysterious Mediterranean Sea.
The sea not only has the virtue of integrating countries in Europe, Asia and Africa (Italy, Spain, Gibraltar, France, Monaco, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Malta and Cyprus include the spectrum), but also offers a food as healthy as worthy to lick your fingers to the most discerning diner.
The basis of Mediterranean cooking lies in the ingredients from their area of cultivation, among which seafood, vegetables, fruits, meat, flour and spices and seasonings such as rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, pepper and mint. But undoubtedly the star of his cuisine is olive oil, main ingredient of the dressing is prepared with one of my favorite entries: Mediterranean salad.
Perhaps many of you have already tasted and if you want encouraged to prepare, these are the ingredients (serves 6):
* 1 / 2 cos
* 1 tomato
* 1 / 4 red onion
* 100 gr. panela cheese
* 50 gr. black olives
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
Vinegar * 2
* Oregano and salt to taste
All you have to do to enjoy this healthy dish is to chop the lettuce into small squares and place in container and then also throw panela cheese chopped in squares and pitted olives. Finally we take the oil, vinegar, oregano and salt and garnish the dish with slices of tomato and onion. Delicious meal!
