Grouper with Avocado Salsa

We present a high protein recipe low in calories.
The simple sauce that will complement the more willingly to its mild flavor.
The tomatoes will give you an extra intake of vitamin A and avocado will provide monounsaturated (healthy) you need.
Ingredients for four servings:
* 4 grouper fillets of 170 grams each
* 60 grams of chopped chives
* 1-2 teaspoons chopped jalapeno
* 6 cloves garlic, crushed
* ¼ cup + 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
* 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
* 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
* 1 firm but ripe avocado, diced
* Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Crush the garlic and let stand for 5 minutes to enhance its properties.
2. Mix all ingredients except the grouper and the whole cup of lemon juice.
3. Heat about 5 inch of water to boil in a steaming pot and pour the mixture on top.
4. Season the halibut with the cup of lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste and add it to be steamed for about 5-10 minutes depending on thickness of fillets.
5. Served on a number plate with the sauce.
