Capri Salad

If for a long time we did not like some kind of food and then discovered that he was richer than we thought, this may be due to two reasons: the cook (a) is a real expert or dish in which we tested it out standard.
In my case, I discovered that tomatoes can also be delicious because of the different opportunities that I have eaten the Capri salad. This refreshing invention of Italian cuisine (the city of Capri, specifically) is very beneficial for our taste and health, so we do not have to feel guilty to enjoy this dish, ideal for summer. Take note of this simple but effective recipe.
Ingredients (4 servings):
* 1 / 2 kg. tomatoes
* Large basil leaves and fresh
* 50cc olive oil
* 400grs (approx.) of fresh mozzarella cheese
* Oregano to taste
Preparation:
In principle there is to wash the medium sliced tomatoes (not too thin nor too thick), like mozzarella cheese. Once you’ve done this, we must place the slices of both food on a tray, alternately and decorative.
Once you’ve filled the entire container, we sprinkle the oregano and put the whole leaves of fresh basil and washed (preferably, use variety of super-large leaf and leaf) over the sliced basil and mozzarella cheese. And as a final step, we drizzle with olive oil, being careful not to overdo it in quantity for the ingredients do not swim in it.
Variations:
To give you a zing to the Capri salad, some people replace the oregano and ground pepper grain in any of its varieties (or a mixture of all of them). Also, can also add anchovies, black olives, ham English square, grated cheese and / or powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
